Protect surrounding furniture, clothing, and surfaces while colouring. Markers should not be placed in the mouth or near the eyes. Colorween is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final except where a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or where a return or refund is required by applicable law.

Manufacturing-defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos or videos showing the problem
• Photos of the original packaging
